Detailed Specification and Construction Information: if we are asked to ‘price’ the proposed building works, then and subject to the nature and size of the project, we will either liaise with Quantity Surveyors towards production and quantification of a detailed specification and drawings, or for smaller projects, SD Studio will produce a detailed Specification of Materials and Workmanship to be sent out together with Detailed Drawings to selected contractors for tendering.
