On a couple of occasions, we have been appointed to convert Old Barns to Domestic Properties. These Barns were listed, therefore, we had to deal with obtaining ‘Listed Buildings’ consents before we proceeded with Planning and Building Regulations Applications.
We are very careful when dealing with ‘historic’ properties, both in terms of making the best use of space available, as well as trying to maintain and respect the architectural language of the original building.
